Refunds and exchanges

In keeping with consumer legislation items can be returned provided they remain unworn and have the packaging labels intact.

Exchanging items between junior and senior sizes is complicated by the difference in price points, caused by the imposition of vat by the supplier. Please note you may be due a refund or required to pay the difference for more expensive items depending on the item(s) exchanged.

Refunds or exchanges can be processed on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8.30am - 8.55am in room 102.
